In this Nokona gloves review I showed you above in the chart which ones are best including the ever popular Nokona X2 Elite.
These are some of my favorites overall and one of the reasons is listed right on their logo. They are American made since 1934.
You should learn about their history because it’s a great story. Everything from digging their way out of the great depression to making their first one’s to creating night vision goggles and now they also make bats! Pretty impressive huh?
One of my favorite things about these mitts is that the materials are from the USA and they are made in the USA by Americans. Can’t get any better than that!

This page features the very popular series buckaroo so check that out as well as the Bloodline editions.
I personally played baseball for many years and know how important it is to find something comfortable that you can depend on for at least a few seasons.
You will wear it for several hours per day potentially and then you will carry it in a bag of some sort. It might get tossed on the bench or the ground.
My point is that you want something quality.
Best Nokona Infielders Glove
The Nokona X2 Elite Might Just Be The Best
These are the best Nokona baseball gloves for infielders. They have a large variety but I had to narrow it down to just two. Tough job!
My favorites are the tan looking one’s with the darker tan leather in the palm of the mitt. You must check out the second pictured which is the Nokona x2 elite.
The dark chocolate leather is very popular with this highly rated American made glove.
These are all for infielders so make sure you take a glance at the size of the mitt. These selected items are perfect especially for shortstops and second baseman.
The reason why players like Nokona gloves at this position is because…quality, quality and quality. It’s said these baseball gloves last a lifetime.

Best Nokona Outfielders Glove
The Longer The Better
Check out the bloodline trap web mitt! Is that unique with the laces or what! These are the best Nokona outfielders gloves and I really dig them.
These are perfect for the outfield and several MLB players use these models.
The 11.5 inch series bloodline is very popular. People say once you buy a Nokona you’ll never go back to another brand. That’s saying a lot!
Usually an outfielders mitt is a little bit bigger than all the other position players. That is because they need to be able to stretch out and catch hard to reach baseball hit their way.

jeff
Leiif,
I agree with you. That particular glove is pretty sweet! I also love the fact that this is one of the only brand of mitts made in the USA.
Joe Lapinski
I have owned the best gloves out there. Pro preferred, Heart of the hide, A2000 etc. I picked up the Nokona ELite 1175 and had it game ready in a day. The workmanship is second to none. I am proud my son plays with a part of history on his hand. The last of the great American made gloves. He will wear it with pride playing the great American pastime. Thank you Nokona for being true to your craft and your loyalty to your workers.
jeff
@Joe – That is a great story! I completely resonate with what you said about these being American made gloves. So happy your son has one!
Vince
I have a Nokona AMG 1125X-OW Buckskin Special. It is perfect for 2nd base and is a really nice tobacco color. Has an I Web that is easy to tighten. Great workmanship and materials. I wear it with pride knowing it is made in America and knowing Nokona made ball gloves for our troops during WWII.
Jared
I have completely converted to Nokona Gloves, except my catcher’s mitt (Rawlings Player Preferred – nice little glove) because I only use that for diddling around.
My game gloves are a Nokona Kimera 1175 (OF), and a Nokona Turf 11 (2B/SS – primary glove). I spent a year determining which glove to “Cry once” over, then switched positions, and immediately went looking for the infielder’s version.
They are hands down, the finest gloves I’ve ever played with, and nicer than anything Wilson or Rawlings or Mizuno or anyone else offers. (Bar none – I’d take my Turf over a Rawlings Primo every day of the week.)
If you’re looking for a playing around the yard glove, buy a $30 Rawlings or Wilson. But if you need a game glove that will be with you your whole career – middle school to old man amateur league – and have about $200 to spend, spend it once on a Nokona.
Also, their customer service is exceptional.
George Sutherland
What a great story.
Gotta keep this company going and continue to build on the family history and a top of the line American Made product line.

Any reviews on the Walnut 33.5” catchers mitt?
jeff
I really like that particular catchers mitt as well. The brown leather is absolutely fabulous. It’s highly rated and a best seller. I would be happy to own one. The X2 Elite is preferred over it though.
